Today, I am young looking 63 years of age and just recently retired from softball. Since the accident, I have regained my strength levels and physique to nearly the proportions they were before the accident. I could not, and most likely would not, have been able to achieve this type of rehabilitation if it had not been for the knowledge and guidance provided by my friend Jim Flanagan.
